Hi Alex and Family,
In my last post, I forgot to mention that I went to a free yoga class on Saturday. It was a lot of fun and now I’m all psyched for artsy stretching. With the temperatures dropping, yoga is also a nice indoor way to keep your body active. So for this week, the challenge is to do 15 minutes of yoga every day. Alex, I know that you already have the yoga routine we did when mom and I visited for The Color Run, but if any one needs some yoga ideas I know there are a ton of them on YouTube.
Since it’s pretty difficult to photograph one’s-self in a Warrior III pose, feel free to get creative with the image for this week’s reflection; take a picture of anything you find calming or yoga-esque.
