Challenge Seventeen: Make A Detailed Plan

Hey Alex!

So far, summer has been a blast. It’s really great how many of my friends are in the area. However, I’ve also realized that it’s flying by; next week will already be the fourth week since school has been out. I want to make sure that this summer doesn’t sneak by without me completing some self-improvement, so I’d like to set some long-term goals to work towards. When we talked on skype, you had mentioned that you thought there should be more to life, and this can opportunity to try and find out what part of that might be.

For this week, I challenge us both to set one or more long-term goals (these can be anything from a month to a year) that are concrete enough to measure whether or not we achieve them. Then, each of us should write a detailed plan for how we intend to reach our goals. Your plan can be formatted in whatever way you think will be most helpful to you – timeline, daily routines, check boxes, etc. I hope this activity will help us identify something we both want in our lives and guide our journeys to it.
