Challenge 14: Getting Some Diversity in My Diet

Hey Alex,

It was really nice Skype-ing with you yesterday. I also loved the letter you sent me! The origami was all very cute, and your idea to reuse paper that you found throughout the week was really creative. Sorry about the late post, but I enjoyed indulging in some superfoods a few weeks ago. My regular school diet consists of some sort of pasta cooked with canned vegetables, so it was great to add variety to my food. When I researched superfoods, the most consistent items I found were blueberries and bananas, so I decided to get both of those. I originally planned to add the blueberries to yogurt, but they were so good I almost ate all of them plain!

I finished my finals last Thursday, and have been enjoying “Spring” break. Mostly I’ve been relaxing, just watching movies and reading. I’ve also tried going on a long walk each day, which has been relatively successful, and the physical activity has helped me feel like I’m not a total couch potato.  Hopefully, I’ll have a chance to hang out with Jony before I head back to school.
